How long will it take to do the work?

• The energy audit itself usually lasts two to three hours, but may last longer depending on the size of the house.
• The actual contracted work performed depends on the many variables of what improvements are to be made on your home. Before any work is performed you will sign a written contract that details the length of time suggested, as well as a fixed price.

The length of time for the contracted work is subject to change during the course of a job depending on new problems that may be encountered, or an opportunity for additional improvements that come up. These changes to the contract will only occur after a “Change Orders” request is signed and dated.
